This is a gentle, body-led space to restore clarity, safety and connection.

1. Arriving & Settling
Being met where you are
Each session begins by creating space to arrive - physically, emotionally and energetically. There is time to slow down, breathe and allow your nervous system to settle. You don’t need to have the right words or a clear goal. We begin by listening to what’s present and what feels most supportive to tend to on the day. This part of the session is about safety, orientation and being met without judgement.

2. Listening & Working with What Emerges
Following the body’s wisdom
The work itself is guided by your body, energy and inner signals. Rather than forcing insight or change, we gently follow what arises - whether that’s a sensation, emotion, pattern or question. Depending on the session you’ve chosen, this may involve body-based awareness, energetic support, or gentle exploration of emotional themes. The pace is collaborative and responsive, with clear respect for your boundaries and capacity.

3. Integration & Completion

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing modality that supports relaxation, nervous system regulation, and the body’s natural capacity for balance and restoration. Working with universal life energy, Reiki helps calm the stress response, release energetic blockages and promote a sense of ease and wellbeing.



Hi, I’m Sylvia.
I’m an Energy Medicine Practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher and Syol Storyteller with over 22 years’ experience across holistic practice and bring a background in Mental Health, from frontline support through to leadership roles.

My work blends grounded, trauma-aware understanding with intuitive, body-led healing approaches. I support people to work with their nervous system, emotional patterns and energy field in a way that feels safe, respectful and empowering. Never rushed or forced.

At the heart of my practice is the belief that healing isn’t about fixing yourself, but about remembering who you are beneath the stress.
